Call 02380 123 123No. The Curbside Shine van is fully self-contained and carries the water, power and equipment needed for the booked service.
Light rain will not always stop an appointment, provided the work can be completed safely and to the expected standard. In severe rain, high winds, freezing conditions or unsafe weather, we will rearrange the appointment without a rescheduling charge.
Appointments may be cancelled or rearranged without charge up to 24 hours beforehand. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. Missed appointments where the vehicle is unavailable may be charged in full.
Usually, yes. We need safe access to the vehicle, permission to work at the location and a suitable arrangement for keys where an interior service is booked.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment is taken securely after the service has been completed.
No. Larger vehicles are quoted individually according to length, height, access, condition and the level of cleaning required.
